Respected Sir,
With reference to my Income tax return for the A.Y 2002-03, relating to P.Y 2001-02, submitted at ward no 56(3)/Govt Place/Kolkata on 29/07/2002, I have not received the refund. I have submitted the complain letter on 06/12/2004 & 13/03/2009 in the same ward and visited to get the status but unable to find any result.
Kindly assist in getting the said refund.

DEAR SIR,
my pan no. is ACCPS0664E.I have submitted my income tax return for the F.Y.2009_10 in the m/o may2010 but i have yet not received any refund voucher after a lapse of 11 months.kindly look in to the matter and arrange to dispatch the refund voucheras early as possible.
