Hi sir , this is srikar from Nellore . I have been using Airtel sim for last 3three years . I have faced a lot of problems sir. Yesterday morning 8:15am i.e(25th march) fall off my balance i.e., RS 43 to RS13. I can change from Airtel to reliance network. And also so many times i called to Airtel care , Airtel was no responding to my call . I can change network sir. Please suggest me .
