BIG TV - I was complaining of Reliance BIG TV

Dear Sir,
I am Sk Zahir Abbas of Q-657, Akra Road, Garden Reach, Kol-24, Mobile Phone No. : 9903495175. I was taken Relience BIG TV on 23rd April, 2009. On 25th May, Cyclone the BIG TV signal lost. I was complaining 26th May, 2009 but there was no action about this matter. PLEASE HELP ME.
