Dear Big Tv
This is an extremely dissatisfied customer using Reliance Big Tv. I am trying to contact the customer care executives through the phone line and they keep disconnecting the calls and drops the calls. Then I have to dial again, wait in the queue and again the executives disconnect the calls. I worked in a call centre and I know what happens inside. If this keeps on happening I am sure that you will lose some important customers. Try to take this as a feedback and improve upon this immediately. I am based in Bangalore.
