sir ,
with regards i ( chandrika Joshi ) PAN NO- AFUPJ9938F , beg to state that i had fied my return on time for the assesment year 2008-2009 & 2009-2010 on time in hazaribagh ( jharkhand) in ward cilcle Range-I on dated- 18.12.2008 & 31.03.2010 but till the date i have not received my claim amount of rs 10268/- ( 2008-2009 ) & Rs. 11280/- for the pr(2009-2010) .
after quering the officer said i have to submit a indemnity bond for claiming refund i had also submit the indemnity bond to the department but till the date i had not received any claim against the return .
so , here i request you please check the status of my refund & send it immediately to my bank a/c .
