I have made a AMC with M/S LG Electronics on 18-08-2005 with an expiry date of 18-03-2010 for their TV (25\") GOLDEN EYE Model No.CF 25C99E under serial No.C23-********59. Recently I find some problems in the TV and I immediately locked a service call on 13-08-2009. They registered the call request and given a ID S9C******** for the request. After my first request subsequently I remainded them and they have not responded my call. Already 18 days over and request to take immediate action
