The main reason why I am addressing this article is that, I am very much disappointed with the Kolkata circle, and the services that are being offered. Well first of all, I am not from Kolkata, I recently got transferred to this new location. I bought my connection (Prepaid), form a local vendor in Lake Town (to be precise on the 9th of May). The connection went live, within 1 working day..which seemed alright to me. For this, I had submitted my permanent address proof - that is my passport copy, to the vendor.
Then. the connection went debarred for 2 days, and the reason being - some issues with the documentation thing. I again submitted my documents, and the whole tenure (i.e. 2 days), went into the procedure. after the whole procedure, the connection went live again.
Now instantly, after a whole month - my connection has been debarred again (ie. on 14th July) . The same old reason - "Documentation Problem". Tell me this thing - why again. after a whole month, the problem arises once again.
I had a chat with the customer care, and the only answer that they have is - resubmit the documents. It seems like I have no work to do, except for submitting the documents again and again.
Please look into the matter, otherwise I would have to escalate it even further
