Worst Service by IFB for Washing Machine:
Our IFB Washing machine had a problem before 11 months and Service for it was done. The technician said that the pump needs to be changed and spare parts was not available. We have been running behind IFB service to replace the part but for the past 11 months it did not happen. We just get commitment but no action on our complaints. We have called on the following days.

21-Sep-13 Comp Number - 10845888 - service person - Pandit Kumar came immediately after this compliant and taken the check from us for Rs.4,108 for AMC renewal and informed us to contact him if we encounter the same problem again.
7-Oct-13 Called Pandit Kumar IFB Service (Contact Number - ********15) - he said he will come and check...but not turned up.
10-Oct-13 Called Pandit Kumar IFB Service (Contact Number - ********15) - gave some reason and not turned up after this call also
After that we called the IFB service center with the contact details given by customer care (Service Center - ********02 Sharmila/Sharath), they committed that service person will come by 15th Oct 13, but no one came till 16th...we again called them, spoke to Sharath and Sharmila. As per Sharmila, Parts available, but service person is not ready to come and replace the parts..
We even went to Vadapalani service center on 19-Oct-2013 and met Dhanalakshmi and got assurance from Mr.Ravi Ganesh that he will visit our house the next day with Technician and rectify the problem but on 20-Oct-2013 no one from IFB visited us... when we call Ravi back he said, he is busy attending another customer in OMR road. Also he said, today is Sunday....so he may not be able to attend any more customers.
IFB Service people doesn't even have courtesy to inform the customers that they will not be able to come on the committed date..
Ravi gave another technician contact called Kumar. When we spoke to him, he said, he will come on 21st Oct 13.
