IFB Industries - I am not satisfied with IFB washing machine product

I bought IFB TOP load washing machine in 10th Oct 2010 from Sneha electronics , Humayan Nagar Hyderabad, at the Demo time itself , Produce was failed , after given complaint , after two weeks problem was Resolved.

Now after 3 Months again it is failed , I log a complaint on 5 June , Still they are not able resolved problem and they are not responding , I will 20 times still no response and my complaint number 4600169
