LG Electronics India - I am absolutely disghusted with LG service response for my refrigerator

Hi LG Service Head,

I am registering this complaint after being extremly patient with your after sales service guys in Faridabad for almost the past 3 months.

My most recent complaint number is RNA 110424062334, this is a recurring complaint for the past 3 months. The refrigerator has not been functioning properly, started with less cooling about 3 months back and has deteriorated to almost an almirah stage now.

I hope you would appreciate that a customer has been pateient enough to put up with your Faridabad dealers nonsense excuses and inefficiencies. I think you guys are focussing entirely on selling your products without any intention of providing any aftersales service.

I am feeling absolutely harassed as neither your service center(9711476200) nor your ASM Mr. Arvind (9811354777) has taken any initiative to resolve the complaint even after repeated complaints - which proves that you guys are not bothered about your customers after your product has been sold and you have received the money. However in todays world , I do not think this strategy can take you far.

After having bought a lot of my home appliances from LG (Washing Machine, Microwave, Fridge, DVD) I had proved my loyalty but after the pathetic treatment I have received especially for my fridge both in Mohali and Chandigarh , I vouch not only never to buy another LG product but would encourage others also not to put themselves in my situation by subjecting themselves to LG service guys with pathetic regard for customer service.

You have to discuss this issue to your dealer properly my problem is little different from you that I bought my refrigerator in last month and it is not cooling well and door is not close properly. I contact to the dealer form this problem he said that engineer will come in 2 or 3 days but last 7 days no one has visit to see my refrigerator and when i call to the dealer he is not pick my phone i discussed this matter to my friend then he suggest me to register your complaint at consumer voice. http://consumer-voice.org/ You can also try i hope it will help you also .
