I got my daughter a Matrix Sim Card who was travelling to Singapore for a college interview. It was easy getting in touch with her over calls and whatsapp, which made things lot simpler for us. The only disconnect that was the bill of rs 10000/- which was delivered. I was assuming that i’d have to argue my way through this bill mess and get a refund but i was actually impressed when the sales guy was co-operative and admitted the incorrect bill, had it corrected and delivered.. Really appreciate their honesty and not to forget the services.
