I took a Matrix Sim Card for my daughter who was traveling to Singapore. It was easy getting in touch with her over calls and whatsapp, which made things lot simpler for us. The only shocker than came to us was the bill of rs 7000/- at the end of the month which was incorrect. Hoping that they wouldn’t charge the card directly, we got in touch with the sales guy and took him through the bill and without any arguments or blame game, he sent us a fresh copy of the bill which was cleared. Really appreciate their honesty and not to forget the services.
