ABN AMRO Bank - HARASSMENT BY ABN AMRO BANK CREDIT CARD DIVISION

I HOLD A CREDIT CARD ISSUED BY ABN AMRO CREDIT CARD DIVISION BEARING NO.5415 3823 0673 6745.I HAVE BEEN CONTINOUSLY HARRASSED BY BANKS CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT REGARDING A LOAN OF RS.10,300/- WHICH WAS NEVER SANCTIONED TO ME, BUT THE STATEMENT SHOWS THAT I HAVE NOT PAID MY EMI. THE TOTAL AMOUNT DEMANDED BY THE CALL CENTRE GUY IS AROUND RS6442/- WHICH INCLUDES INTEREST CHARGES AND LATE PAYMENT FEES, BUT THE FACT IS I NEVER GOT THIS LOAN AMOUNT AT ALL, MY REPEATED REPLIES TO THE BANK CALL CENTRE PEOPLE IS FALLING INTO DEAF EARS. i WANT TO CLOSE THIS THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND GET A ACCOUNT CLOSURE STATEMENT FROM THE BANK.
