ABN AMRO Bank - I am shocking to see the e-mail about ABN amro credit card blance settlement

I am suprise to see the e-mail that i need to do the settlement of credit card. But I have not holding or even applied for the credit card from ABN AMRO bank.

THe E-mail is mantioned below.

Mr. PRASANNA K J

I have send notice for settlement regarding your ABN AMRO Bank credit card outstanding, to your Residence and office address, but there is no response from your side. Recently we got your email address. We are going to file the case .If you want amicable settlement and amicably close the issue from out of court, to avoid further legal action contact me immediately.

The pending amount on this card has resulted in your name to be referred to CIBIL which is a common database for all banks to check for credit worthiness before issuing any debt/loan products. We will send your name to passport office and you get a passport problem also (You can’t apply Passport)
