Had it been some other company, they wouldn’t have gone that extra mile to fix my spoilt sim card. I had taken a matrix sim card for France which stopped responding the moment i switched on my phone. I got in touch with their cust care from a payphone and the guy on the call was patient enough to run through the process with me and gave me an estimated time of 2 hours for everything to be functional. Not even 2 hours and everything worked fine with a follow up call from their end to ensure if everything was ok!!
