Never judge a book by its cover!!! My experience with Matrix Sim Cards started with a failed registration sim card for Singapore. And constant panic calls to the sales guy, Puneet seeking reasons for all this non-sense especially when i was traveling alone. And what they did post the call just floored me as a customer. Not only did they courier the new SIM, but with a follow up call guaranteed that everything would work fine for the time that i was there, which it actually did. !! Surprise!!
