I used Matrix Sim card for my recent travels to the US. Everything was fine until i got my bill with somebody else’s name and billed amount charged on my card. Having used their sim cards in the past , i got in touch with the sales guy n asked him to rectify the details on the bill with re-directing the money in my account, which they did. Generated the correct bill and checked before charging the credit card. Really appreciate their honesty and no fuss policy!!
