MTNL Delhi - Fraudsters: Took all payments of bill but not giving service

Sir,
I A.K. Chaturvedi has paid all bills according to me as well as mtnl website also but still I'm unable to make outgoings from my landline (Phone No.-27861027, C.A. No.- 2041861027). The line says "Your telephone service is temporarily unavailable due to non payment of bills".
Kindly take urgent action in order to resolve my problem.

Dear A.K. Chaturvedi - I am facing same problem my phone 25776202 is not working since 27 Dec 13 and made complain to even General Manager but no solution better do not pay any more bill and make alternat plan ..
