I HAD BEEN SOLD OUT A DATA CARD "********60" BY A VODAFONE MINI STORE NAME AS " BAGARIA CELLULAR" " ADRESSS-25, JADULAL MULLICK ROAD, KOLKATA-700006" SHOWING ME A DEMONSTRATION OF DOWNLOADING SPEED OF 120 KB/SEC. AND BROWSING WAS EVEN VERY GUD.HE COMMITTED ME TO GIVE THE SAME SPEED AND DATA CARD IN RS 7000 A YEAR.I AGREED TO HIM TO BUY AND BOUGHT IT BUT THE ONE HE HAS GIVEN ME IS NOT THE SAME AND I M NOT AT ALL SATISFIED OF THE SERVICE.AND IT IS NOT THE ONE WHICH HE SHOWN ME IN DEMONSTRATION. SO, I KINDLY WANT TO SERENADER THIS DATA CARD AND REQUEST TO GIVE ALL MY MONEY BACK OR ALSE UNWILLINGLY I WILL HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION REGARDING TO IT ON VODAFONE.I ALSO WENT TO VODAFONE STORE AND HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT REGARDING IT. HERE IS THE COMPLAINT NUMBER 10********. SO, KINDLY INFORM TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE ON THIS ********25.

I have purchased one AIRCEL(HUAWEI – 1750c) pocket internet super pro 3G 7.2 mbps usb modem on 03.10.2011 from B.K. Telecom, Asansol (ph- 0341- 6553255) Vide Tax Invoice No. BKTL/0171, VAT Registration No. – 1********72, CST Registration No. - NIL.
It is to inform you all that - this usb modem has following problems , so I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK /replace it.
1.This not properly unlock (B K Telecom says that it is unlock).
a.-Main thing is that after purchasing/billing, BK Telecom provide me an unlock software and says that if the modem is not unlock than install this unlock software and then it will be work with any SIM.
(Aircel is cheating to the customers with the help of them.)
2.It is plug and play device but take time.
3.After insert the modem on PC or Laptop, several times computer says device is not connected or searching for device or device has been dis-connected.
4.Now in this situation I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK or replace this AIRCEL (HUAWEI – 1750c) with unloack betel 7.2 mbps. Presently I am using Beetel 7.2mbps which is far better modem.
