This is the case of utter shamelessness from the part of Dell support team that despite paying 1364 Rs, my problem is not resolved.
Apart from this, Technician Nitish who came to my house was miscommunicated by Sales Team .He had only knowledge on Hardware stuff
but in morning when i had a call with kamaljit (Dell Support Sales person), he confirmed that hardware has no problems (he asked me to do small test on hardware).
So Kamaljit informed me that techincian will come and look into software problem. When a technician is related to hardware , how can he woud be able to find /solve software issue.
Besides this he also said that technician will install certain softwares in my laptop and reinstall operating system as anytime my laptop can crash down.
(Just for customer satisfaction, Please check recorded session with him if I am lying).
Why you befool customer??? This has been confirmed that Dell provides poor maintenance services and in future I won't suggest anyone to purchase such Dell laptops.
Stop exploiting the customers . Indeed, Trust has been competely shaken and better I would prefer other laptops in future. Since I have wasted time and money today, I am going to lodge complaint against Dell in Customer forum.
On the other Hand, I want my money refund as I didnt get any findings from technician(since he belongs to hardware how can he tell about software).
