I had no option left but to raise my voice and escalate the ongoing issue with my MTNL boradband connection at the highest level.

I am a MTNL Broadband subscriber ( Tel no-22096966, CA- 20******** ) from last couple of years and facing terrible issues with my broadband connection ever since I upgraded my connection to wi-fi modem.

We have lodged several complaints since last Diwali( how old this issue is) and every time we have been provided with a temporary solution. You won't believe this but we get calls from the nearest exchange- Krishna nagar and official ask us to contact the local line engineer Mr. Naresh directly.

When we contact Mr. Naresh, he is always slow in response and makes several excuses like- its raining today, i am the only one in this area, i have other complaints to attend etc... and after multiple follow-ups, we literally have to beg infront of this guy to make him ready for a visit.

Everytime, he says its an issue with the line connectivity and solves the issue temporarily.

We have paid all our bills on-time but sad to report that the service as well as support are always pathetic and lackluster.

The latest of the many complaints I have logged for the internet issue is: . Once again, the Krishna Nagar exchange people told us to contact the line engineer Naresh directly. And after 10+ phone calls since last 6 days, he is yet to visit our premises.

I am sure that my voice finally reaching to the correct destination and a appropriate action will be initiated to solve my issues permanently.
