Employee Provident Fund - Employee Provident Fund Organization Pune - PF amount not yet received

NON RECIPT OF PF AMOUNT CREDITED TO MY A/c AFTER 4 MONTH FROM THE DATE OF SUBMITION TO PF OFFICE PUNE

My PF Withdrawl form was submitted to EFP OFFICE PUNE on 13/11/2009 by TechMahindra Ltd. where I previously worked. I have the acknowledgement slip for the same and I am attaching the same for your reference. I called on the number 02026449151/02026449150 of PUNE Office provided on the EPF website but they are continuously showing engage. When the phone does ring no one picks it up!

How can I be in touch with the PUNE EPF office as they are continuously showing engage? Its been a long time since my claim was sent to the EPFO, Pune. Could you please help me in this regard.
