Dear sir on 17th may 2017 about 10.30a.m went to indane oil company service branch of pal enterprises bauria panchanatala HOWRAH for the written request of update mobile no to consumer no 7424703 due to some reason by the customer itself but one of the staff refuse to update the mobile no by saying u will have to keep the same mobile no we can not accept your request. I want get the satisfactory reply why they can not accept the request
