I am writing to inform you that how I am bitterly disappointed with the unkind attitude of IFB service centre (IFB personnel Mr. Shanmugam, Mobile No. ********99 and Mr. Nanda Kumar, Mobile No. ********03) of Coimbatore.
The facts of the case are as follows.....
I complained about my washing machine problems in the month of September 2013. It was
found that water was leaking through the drum which was broken due to the manufacturing defects. Service personnel took the unit to the service centre within three days. I had no response after that. I had repeatedly phoned them. Even then there was no proper response. A tempo driver brought the washing machine in a tattered condition. I was shocked to see the unit because the unit has so many
scratches and cuts. More importantly, the service centre simply replaced with an old drum which is useless though my machine is still under guarantee. So I sent the unit back and asked to correct everything. It was like a new washing machine but now it is in a battered condition. I am also writing with a heavy heart that I have made many phone calls to the IFB service centre. They are deaf to my requests. How important it is a machine for a family with two kids! They have taken almost three months but not yet the unit is delivered. Their lethargic and unkind attitude has caused me mental stress and inconvenience as I am not able to wash the clothes as we both are working.
I appeal to you will personally look into this complaint and take necessary actions at the earliest.
