Sir,
i purchased LG refigerator on 06/02/2010 from LG dealer M/s Bagi Radio House, Branch_Navjeevan Vihar, PO-Vindhyanagar Dist-Singrauli, M.P-486885. Since the purchase of LG fridge i am facing some problem associated with fridge every now and then. Purchase of LG fridge is really a nightmare for me. LG tag line “Life is Good” should be changed to “Life is Bad”. Since few months i am facing acute problem of condensation and moisture in the refrigerator to such a extent that it appears it is raining inside the fridge and stream of water is coming out.

Last year also within the warranty period i raised the same problem through this forum. Had there been any option of searching last year complains, i could have mentioned the date and type of complain.

Again i am registering same problem but the condition is more aggravated. i registered the complaint many times to the dealer also but every times they turned deaf ear to mine complaint.

Therefore, knowing the efficacy and effectiveness of this consumer forum, i am requesting to LG management if they really mean their tag line “ Life is Good” , please listen to plight of common Indian consumers who cannot afford to replace the fridge every year and so kindly attend the problem.

For your kind reference i am attaching snap of how stream of water is coming out of fridge.

thanking you

with regards
kausar Ali
