DELL India - dell studio 1555 webcam center dont work with windows 7.

I bought DEll Studio 1555 with OS windows vista last year. However, company was providing free upgradation to windows 7. My laptop above said model was upgraded to windows 7 ultimate. Now webcam central does nt work on the OS, Dell support site (http://support.dell.com) do not help at all. So now i am fixed with a hardware for which i have paid but am not able to use it.
