DELL - Dell not providing support for ongoing issue, instead asking for more money

This is with reference to SR raised in DELL in last week of September.At that time HDD and Charger was replaced.After that I have called Dell support many times for over heating issue, but issue was continue.Now I am facing problem in starting my laptop.Need urgent assistance.Also this time I need permanent solution as every time damage part is hampering my work.Also I have paid 11000 RS initially for service of one part, but after that due to non-compatibility issues of part, in every2-3 month there arises issues.So dell has replaced that.But now they are asking for more 11K Rs to continue for previous issue.

They are not all providing support.

Need justice in this case.
