Sir,
I purchased your product after getting a lot a positive review both online and by personal market surveys but after buying your products its been two month approx and it is showing some defects which are not expected of a new laptops. The defects as follows:

1) Keypad problem.
2) Hangs a lot.
3) Touchpad not working properly
4) Sometimes slow processing.

Can you please resolve the matter ASAP
