I purchased Dell Laptop Studio -1558 (Express Service tag :2X4V5BS) 3 years back.My motherboard needs to get replaced due to usual studio motherboard PCB board defects and also my Hard disk got crashed up.I decided to extent my warranty but from the past 3 months Customer service executives come up with the same flimsy excuse:-"Laptop parts not available...please contact us later".

Complainant's Goal: To get my motherboard and hard disk replaced from dell
