Dell laptop purchased online on 17th January 2013 . It's now dead. Not working even after charging.

Complainant's Goal: To kindly send a dell technician for the service.

Please confirm if there is power light on your system and also check if there is any light on the AC adapter
Also please share your system service tag so that I can check the system details to assist you further.

You may find the service tag

**on the bottom of the laptop on white sticker
**it’s a seven digit alphanumeric code which ends with BS or number 1.
