I have purchased a laptop of Dell Inspiron N5050 in March 2012 which was having the rupee symbol in the
keyboard adjacent to $ symbol. After 8-9 months there was some noise sound found in the keyboard, so the Dell
support staff replaced it with a new keyboard. But that keyboard didn't contain any rupee symbol, so the
support staff said to replace it after somedays. After that date have complained many times to replace that
old version keyboard, but all in vain. They are doing the same job by bringing the same old version keyboard
everytime which doesn't contain any rupee symbol.My waranty will expire on 21st March 2013, but they said
that the keyboard having the rupee symbol is not available now. So what will i do to get the correct keyboard
from Dell before my waranty expires. Where can i lodge a complain against Dell if they are answering like
this and not providing the correct part to me. My service tag code is 302******** and mobile no is
********83. Please help.....
