One year back I was purchased one Dell XPS 15Z laptop in US. The configuration is good and for that only I spent more money. But when I came back to Chennai, India along with my laptop, till this time I never use my laptop with full satisfaction as I expected. All are problems with my laptop and I have contacted Dell service center, taking Dell technical support and Dell forum in this one year and now thru this channel. No use and not able to resolve my issues by Dell Tech persons. Really there are no words to explain the harassment with service center people and technical support persons (Not all). For example, in Dell forum I have raised my issues and finally I have got one shocked/irresponsible answer from Dell team. Now I realized and suffered that why I choose the Dell product in US and I want to aware the people to not go with Dell products.
Here I listed my problems with Dell Laptop and with Dell persons:
1.Performance is very slow comparative with other low level laptops.
2.Video Quality is damn low (full of blur while running) as my laptop support FHD.
3.‘Eject’ button is not working.
4.Only working 1hour with battery after fully charged.
5.More small issues.
Problems with Dell people (Who ever)
1.Harsh behavior with customers.
2.Not able to resolve problems and trying to escape from service.
3.In service center, not seeing the actual problem with device and just re-install OS in laptop and says problems are resolved. If we showed the same problem after re-install OS they not listening and more over says like everything is fine.
4.Not provide any proof for testing like compression with another same configured laptop.
5.No responsibility taking to resolve the problem till its resolving and no help.
Last but not least, the Dell Company provides the service to customers in weekdays from 9AM to 6PM only which highly impact to customers own working hours. I don’t understand that why Dell not providing Technical support via phone on Saturday and Sundays.
