since purchase i have faced a lot of problems related with the hardware of this laptop, i had purchased this laptop keeping in mind that i may get instant service without wasting enough time and money but the results are not satisfactory, there was a problem with DISPLAY,DVD WRITER which i reported to ur mail id and i even got reply Handle excellence team 1 month above give no any solution i had to wait for a long time.
