Myself Ankur Saxena , Order no. ********7 has placed online order of my laptop on 30th July , 2010. I was assisted by a Sales guy named Javed Aslam . He Promised me that i will receive my delivery surely by 10th August. After 2-3 days i came to know that he left dell and for further assistance i was contacted by Mr. S Devendra.
He again promised that i will receive my Order by 10th august. On 10th aug , When i Called Dell, for 1-2 days i was not able to reach my sales assistant, he was not picking up the phone or answering the mails. On 12th he called, and said that due to some problem i will receive my Order on 17th aug. But still on 17th when i called he was reluctant to answer my calls, somehow i came to know that it's delayed to 23rd august.
On 23rd when i called, he told me that i will receive my Order within 2 days . After 2 days , he said that it will take 2 days more and when today i called i.e on 31st august , he was not answering the phone , and some other sales guy told me that it might take 10 days more. While On 27th aug, i mailed to Dell , and they replied Stating "" WE ARE VERY CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ON OR BEFORE 31 AUG , SORRY FOR DELAY" . And still now , Order hasn't been shipped from there. I am Very much frustrated here , i am in mental stress over here. Dell people misleaded me , If they have told that it will take 40 days , i may have gone for Vaio OR HP laptops. But they fooled me into this. Any Problem goes within dell is their internal Problem , i am not concerned , i just need what i promised.
IF I DON'T GET THE ORDER WITHIN A WEEK , I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER AND CALL FOR COMPENSATION FOR MENTAL PAIN AND TIME LOSS.
