Employee Provident Fund - Delayed to receive the PF amount

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been requested to close my PF#: KN/35304/1124 account through manhattan associates on 11th August, 2009.

Already PF closure form acknowleded by PF Dept as on 22nd September 2009.

Till now I didn’t receive the pf amount. Please let me know when can I have received my amount.

I have mailed to sro.krpuram@epfindia.gov.in, but till now i didnt get reply mail. Whenever i called the pf office phone numbers, no respone from pf office.

Please let me know when can i have my pf amount.
