Lenovo India - DAMAGED LAPTOP GIVEN

I BOUGHT LENEVO LAPTOP IN ON 15TH NOV 2008 BUT IT WAS GIVEN DAMAGED LAPTOP. ITS BODY IS DAMAGED AND IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY I MADE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO THE COMPANY OFFICIALS BUT PIECE WAS NOT CHANGED. THEY HAVE REPAIRED TWOICE BUT STILL THE PROBLEM IS SAME.I TOLD CO. TO GIVE ME THE FRESH PIECE BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME THE SAME. I SENT SEVERAL MAILS AND PHONE TO CO. BUT NO RESULTNOW I WANT TO CHANGE WITH NEW.
