Subject : Complaints About Dell Inspiron R15 5520
Respected Sir,
I, Bhimaraya citizen of India, I purchased Dell 5520 i5 4/500/W8/1Gb and my Service Tag is:B3C1NV1.
The date of purchase is on 7/02/2013 from BHUMIKA COMPUTERS PERIPHERALS, Secunderabad-
500003 Tin:2********72 and Invoice No:20198, the amount paid is 42700.00 with under 1year
warranty.
On date 21/09/2013 12:30am my Laptop got Shut down Automatically I called the dell support
num:1800-425-2066 and informed about the problem ,and they said it is Mother board problem and
hence to submit the laptop to Service Centre.
When I went to service centre(Dell Authoriczed Service Centre portion num G5 May Fair Complex 1-
6-303/34/1,Sardar Patel Raod ,Secunderabad -500003 ph num:040 40188285) I was told that they are
going to change the Mother board as I was informed before by Dell customer care support and when I
asked for the details of the old and new mother board they refused to give it .
So, I have a doubt on Service centre that they may provide the product which is old or may replace
with cheap equipment. hence I need All information About Product which you replace like, Manufacture
date of the Product, product number ,manufacture date of the mother board and so on also need
details of the damaged Equipment.
Regarding this ,I Complained in Consumer Court and the corresponding Complain num is 491870 .
