LG Electronics India - Complaint against LG Home Theater Technicial for stolen of Pan Drive

I have made a complaint to repair my LG Home Theater on LG Customer Care, The Technician (Mob. No. ********71), was came to attend the complaint and he had not repaired the Home Theater and also stolen the Pan Drive and Original Bill Receipt of LG Home Theater.

Kindly take necessary action against the said Technician with intimation to me.

Complainant's Goal: I want to strict action against the Technician for stealing.
