I had opted for a Europen Matrix Sim Card for various places that i was visiting for work. The sim worked fine in London and by the time i re-used it in Italy, it faced some data issues with delayed delivery of texts. While i desperately called the customer support for help, they were kind enough to red flag this issue and infact tried fixing it within the stipulated time of 4 hours.
