Indian Oil Corporation - Cheating while filling

Hi ,
I asked them to fill petrol for Rs. 250 ,but i think so they filled only Rs.100 .While filling ,one of the petrol pump employee is forcefully diverted our mind to purchase some product which is worth of Rs.10 for petrol bike to get more mileage and good pickup. My bike is brand new it is only 6month old and i can get 60KM mileage for 1 Lt. But after filling 4Lt ,i ride only 125 km.

Can you please take action on this petrol pump management .

time : 7:45-8:00 am
I had been to Ramurthynagar Indain oil pump, Bangalore to fill fuel, I asked the pump guy to fill fuel for 300rs, he filled it for 100rs and stopped. I asked him why did you stop filling. Again he pressed on some reading on the pump and filled for 100rs again and said 300rs is filled.
Actually he had filled for 200rs, i asked him he was not ready to accept it and cheated me.
Please do take action!!!
