Being a photographer, I’m always on the move, either for shoots or for pleasure. I went to Bali last month for a wedding shoot and took a matrix sim card. And i basically use my phone’s data for most of my work. So when my data plan didn’t work for atleast 24 hours, I called the customer care the guy told me it would be activated in 2-3 hours, which actually happened. That I think is brilliant customer care. Keep it up team Matrix!
