I was travelling to UK to visit my parents for 10 days. And just so that i would be connected with my work and kids back home, i took a matrix sim card for UK, with some 3 pound for 300 minutes free call back to India, considering it was but obvious and needed. Everything was fine until i got my bill, where the 3 pounds were deducted but no free minutes. I was seriously furious and when i called up the guy who got me the sim, he was apologetic and had the bill edited instantly over the phone for me. So finally i landed up paying 4000/- total, which was pretty ok ! Appreciate their quick action and honesty !!

My Name is Sahabur Sadiq,My Mobile No is ********16,Yesterday I Recharge for my no ********16.Rs-193 by online,after recharge i seen in ur aircel portal recharge successful,but i received message from aircel ur recharge not successfully but amount deducted within 5 working days u will credited that amount in ur account.i called customer care 198 and informed,they also told same story. but today i recharge same 193 again i am getting same reply from aircel,my amount credited,what is this happening aircel....really i so unhappy ue services please help me otherwise i go consumer court.
