I have lodged a request in december to disconnect the service, but that time they said that they would revert to me on the same however noone has reverted , post that Airtel guy had came on 4th Feb for the bill , i have paid him the bill till jan month so that there wont be any issue in cancelling the plan, however again they lodged the complaint and gave me so many calls to transfer the plan but resolved my request stating that i have not given them confirmation for the deactivation and they have generated the bill for feb and march month, now they are asking me to pay the bill and whenever i am calling them and raising request , evertime they are just resolving it stating i am not reachable .I am facing this issue since almost six months, now i am completely fed up . Below are the things which they are used to do:
- They would not lodge any complaint in thier customer care offices, you need to call the customer care number.
-if you are reaching out to them they would be saying that they are redirecting call to the cancellation dept, however they will disconnect your call everytime.
-Then you will have no way to reach to them.
-Moreover they would send the person to collect the bill, if we paid and say to lodge a complaint, he will lodge complaint, however airtel guys will close the request stating that consumer is not reachable.
-So after all these things they will disconnect the plan and will take 6-7 months and will ask you to pay the bill though you have not used the services.
-They will send the mail that they are filing the case in court and will give some mail ID and contact number to reach them, however there will be noone who can respond ....
If we take above all pointers, where is the customer service???? In this case customer should pay the bill if they have not used the service.?
Please help in resolving this issue..
