Airtel West Bengal - Activation of VAS and money deduction (Mobile Number +91 9831597138)

Regretfully I would like to inform you that I got a Service Message today in the morning at 9:00 AM. The contents are as follows:

"Internet Usage 09MB
Main Balance 26.88 INR".

Deduction made 10 Paise only

In view of the above, I would like to state you that I am using +91 ********38 number since 2005 and I have never activated Internet Pack in the said number. Even, I have never faced this type of disgusting services in the past 10 years.

I would also like to inform you that the said number is being ROAMED since 2009.

You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and deactivate all VAS (if any) and deactivate GPRS (if enabled by your side automatically) at the earliest and refund the same i.e. .10/- at the earliest.

You are also requested to contact me using my alternate number +91 ********51 regarding any clarification.

An early action in the matter is highly solicited...
