I am a Airtel customer for the past for years. I am employed in Indian airforce presently employed at kalaikunda, near Kharagpur, west Midnapur dist. Now adays when ever Iam trying to make a call or receiving a call the signal strength drops suddenly and I am unable to complete or even proceed with the call. I feel it is ia very pathetic state of service you offer, please rectify the things as early as possible.

I m nt satisfied due to your different program..if balanc is 5then below why you repeat every time before?for that i like to change my sim..not only me all customer think this is the bigest proble it ireated us..m.b deducted why msg no deductad who.
