I HV TAKEN A NEW AIRTEL SIM CARD NO- ********34 FROM A M MOBILE TELECOM PVT LTD, KOL-13,TEL-40011245/********00 ON 21 JAN 2010 & WAS ACTIVATED BY 1HR TIME. I TOP UP WITH THE NEW CONNECTION. BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN THE NEW CONNECTION GOT DISCONNECTED AND MY TOP UP BALANCE WAS ALSO DEBITED. WHEN I CNFM WITH THE AM MOBILE SHOP, THEY REFERED TO MR MAHINDER-********93 TO SPEAK.WHEN I CALLED HIM,HE REFERED TO MR UTTAM-********37/40014804 .WHEN I CALLED MR UTTAM AND DESCRIBED MY PROBLEMS, HE SAID AS THE VERIFICATION CALL WAS PICKED UP BY UR FAMILY MEMBERS HENCE THE LINE GOT DISCONNECTED AS PER AIR TEL CIRCULAR.
NOW I DONT THINK, IS THERE ANYTHING MORE TO EXPLAIN AND WHAT ACTION TO BE TAKEN TO SHOW.
I WANT MY NEW SIM CARD TO BE ACTIVATED IMMDTLY WITHOUT ANY MORE HARASSMENT WITH THE CREDIT RS 8 WHICH WAS DEBITED FROM MY MOBILE.
HOPE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN PROMPTLY OR ELSE WILL BE UNDERSTOOD ALL THIS PAGES ARE MEANINGLESS.
