LG Refrigator part , first call made to service centre on 21-1-11 , complaint no. 110121033833 , got no reply for quotation till 3 days , kept on trying again finally got a reply that part will be avilable on 25-1-11 and service person will come on 27-1-11 , on 27-1-11 after repeated calling got a reply that a part is still not avilable. my refegrator has stopped working since then and all my commodities are spolied on a aily basis.
kindly look into the matter on a serious basis
