Indian Railways - your trains from Delhi to Baraut has many chain pulling by the bad elements

Thousands of passengers suffers daily due to chain pulling between Delhi to Baghpat, Baraut by bad elements. Security persons do not make efforts to control the same. It is increasing day by day because they have no fear.
I request you to control this problem.
