My sister traveled by Nauchandi Express on 02.06.2009 Saharanpur to Lucknow. PNR No. 24******** ACII Coach A1. AC did not work. TTE refused to record certificate on ticket. On complaining, he once told that AC is under repair and disappeared. Kindly arrange refund of AC charges details of E. Ticket is as under:
