I was traveling to Spain and bought a sim card from Uniconnect. While I was assured that their customer centre works 24x7, I found quite the opposite. My sim wasn’t working properly in Spain so with whatever network I had, I tried calling their support centre, and they responded not even once. That’s their excellent sense of 24x7 hrs of customer service. Totally disappointed and now using a local number bought from Spain itself.
